After running an event production company and charity for over a decade, I became a top sales leader with a global brand, where I excelled as a coach and speaker and became fascinated by the power of the mind. 

With certifications in Hypnotherapy, Rapid Transformation Therapy, Past Life Regression Therapy, and trauma-informed Somatics, I utilize conscious coaching and subconscious therapy to curate workshops, programs and retreats that help others transform their self-limiting beliefs and live out their highest potential.
